For Al's birthday on Friday, we had our first courgette and broad beans of the season - hurrah! The corn is now over a metre tall, all the beans are, er, beaning and even my sunflowers are starting to come out! The broad beans are like triffyds, being held up by peas (no stakes left!).
Only my fruiting veg are a disappointment. My tomatoes are just flowering, and my peppers and aubergines have gone on holiday to Granny's nice glass greenhouse, and are now flowering!
