I've already hit the 'real estate' limit of my lounge windowsill, so the seedlings are on the move and taking over the first bedroom windowsill (top photo). On the right my toms and aubergines have emerged, but the sweet peppers are still hiding away. They should pop through in the next few days and I can lose the cling film. The basil (top right) is coming on nicely, though the Greek oregano seems a bit temperamental. I've got one pot germinated, the other-not a sausage! Very odd...
Downstairs, a dozen module-sewn sweetcorn (sparrow F1) and eleven pots if single giant sunflowers for the 'Dylan Davis Sunflower Growing Competition'! If anyone wants to join in, just shout!
Some herb plants to buy this week, then next week it's courgettes, spaghetti squash and french beans. Problem is, I'm already running out of small pots! Bugger...
